1. General Conditions

GlowVibe.pk operates as an online store in Pakistan
By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, or using it under parental/guardian supervision
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability
Product images, descriptions, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible; however, minor variations may occur
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product without notice

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
Prices may change without prior notice
Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa

GlowVibe.pk reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or payment issues.

4. Order Acceptance, Verification & Cancellation

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance
We may verify orders via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
Orders with fake names, fake phone numbers, incomplete or incorrect addresses may be canceled without notice
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) – STRICT POLICY

COD is provided as a facility, not a guaranteed right
Customers are expected to accept and pay for the order at delivery

COD Refusal & Abuse

Unjustified refusal of COD orders will be treated as misuse of service
Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be:
- Blacklisted
- Blocked from placing future COD orders
- Required to place advance payment only orders

6. Fake, Prank & Fraudulent Orders

Fake, prank, or unverified orders cause financial loss and are strictly prohibited
GlowVibe.pk reserves the right to:
- Cancel such orders immediately
- Share information with courier partners
- Permanently restrict the customer from future purchases

7. Shipping & Delivery (Pakistan-Specific)

Delivery timelines are estimated only and not guaranteed
GlowVibe.pk is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier company operations
- Weather conditions
- Strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen events
- Remote or high-risk delivery locations

Once an order is handed over to the courier, responsibility for transit delays lies with the courier service.

8. Undelivered, Returned & Refused Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to:

Customer refusal
Unavailability at delivery
Incorrect or incomplete address
Phone not answered

Then:

The customer will be responsible for two-way courier charges
Any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs
Re-dispatch will only be done after advance payment

9. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.
By placing an order, you agree to that policy.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to damage, hack, or disrupt the website

Violation may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on GlowVibe.pk, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the exclusive property of GlowVibe.pk.
Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

GlowVibe.pk shall not be liable for:

Courier delays or COD refusals
Indirect or consequential losses
Allergic reactions or improper use of products
Losses resulting from incorrect customer information

Customers are advised to read product instructions carefully before use.

13. Right to Refuse Service

GlowVibe.pk reserves the right to:

Refuse or cancel service to anyone suspected of:
- Fake orders
- COD abuse
- Harassment or misuse
  This decision is final and non-negotiable.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
