At GlowVibe.pk, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items at the time of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
Valid proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided

❗ Items that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products
Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
Gift cards or vouchers

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us within 1 days of delivery
Share your order number, issue details, and clear pictures/videos
Our support team will verify the request and guide you further

🚫 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will be informed of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be issued via:
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa
- Store Credit (if preferred)

📦 Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the error is from GlowVibe.pk.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake, GlowVibe.pk will cover return shipping
If the return is due to change of mind, shipping costs will be borne by the customer
