At GlowVibe.pk, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide across Pakistan
International shipping is not available at this time

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
We reserve the right to verify orders via call or WhatsApp before dispatch

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Major cities: 2–4 working days
Other cities & rural areas: 3–7 working days

⏳ Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations.

4. Shipping Charges

Orders below PKR 2,000: PKR 150 delivery charges
Orders PKR 2,000 and above: Free delivery

📌 Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown clearly at checkout.

❗ Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake is from GlowVibe.pk.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in most cities of Pakistan
Customers must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery
Unjustified refusal of COD orders may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Restriction or blocking of future COD orders

6. Courier Services

Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier companies
GlowVibe.pk is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier company operations
- Weather conditions
- Strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen circumstances
- Remote or high-risk delivery areas

Once dispatched, delivery responsibility lies with the courier service.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer unavailability
Phone not answered
Refusal at doorstep

Then:

The parcel may be returned to origin
The customer will be responsible for two-way shipping charges
Re-dispatch will only be processed after advance payment

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Customers should check the parcel at delivery
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
Clear photos or videos are required for verification

Complaints after 24 hours may not be accepted.

9. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared after dispatch
Customers can track orders through the courier’s system

10. Force Majeure

GlowVibe.pk will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.
